Well this is the first post on my flying blog. As with writing in a diary I never know what to put!
I've been doing the flylady way for years now on and off. This past year I've pretty much managed to keep it up but recently I had a blip. You see I have bipolar disorder, which means I suffer from bouts of depression and bouts of energy. I'd say a good 50% of the time I'm not myself and so this makes housework harder than normal. This makes having a good system all the more important.
Flylady has saved me by giving me structure to my housework and also by making it fun.
I am keeping this blog to help keep myself accountable and to help me remember things that, due to my mood swings, I may forget.
